Bright, cheerful, professional and polite are just some of the qualities this man possess. Paul was very engaging through the whole process of removing the faulty door and installing the new one. Ensuring everything was to our satisfaction and displaying excellent attention to detail. Paul really went above and beyond during his time at our address. Even more incredible was that he was a 'lone worker' and applied himself accordanly... and displayed due diligence, observing safety protocols and not taking any risks with the product or himself. "Right from the outset my partner and I knew that this was the company to use. We wanted our gable end cladded, and also the rear of the house.. I enquired and a friendly face (Max) came bang on time to size up the job. His experience and proffesionalism shone through, and put me and my partner at ease, there was no pushiness on his behalf..... far from it in fact, he said if we were interested to visit the showroom in Ivybridge and look at some of the Cladding colours. At the showroom we were met by some lovely staff, all seemed so happy in their work, Emily made us a lovely cuppa and we decided on colours and a time frame for the work to be carried out. Emily kept us posted regarding any issues and Max popped by to make sure that we were happy with the plan. Once work started the fitting team were so proffesional. Andy and his team were so lovely, always on time and very rarely stopping to take breaks, they kept us briefed on what was to be achieved daily. The cladding, the Guttering, the Fascias, and Soffits all had been replaced. The result is specatacular, we are so happy The day after completion Roger turned up with some Chocolates and an aftercare box, which was a lovely touch. "Recently had 7 new double glazed upvc windows and new front door installed in our home. So impressed with this company from start to finish. Sales team very knowledgeable and gave plenty of time to select options, even accommodating our change of mind! Great communication from Emily, keeping us updated re fitting date and time etc. Installers came exactly on the date and time as agreed and were clean and tidy, THANK YOU ALL Windows look fantastic and very neat. I had always been cautious about changing windows as many years ago in an old house, most rooms needed redecorating following the installation. NOT IN THIS CASE. Follow up visit from Roger was a nice touch too. As soon as we mentioned something that was not as we had thought about the door, Roger very quickly came up with a solution. Which he then returned and implemented for us. Everyone we have dealt with from this company have been truly professional and a genuine pleasure to have in our home Would happily recommend them to anyone"
