Meet The Team

Mark Brooke – Trade Sales Manager

Seems like I have been man and boy in this industry. In fact, it is 33 years, 11 of which spent in the retail sector. I lead a team of sales consultants who are dedicated to delivering fantastic customer satisfaction. My role is to coach, mentor and motivate the team – in essence to create an environment where they can thrive. In my spare time I am a member of the Torbay Mods Scooter Club and a keen fan of Exeter Chiefs. I enjoy travelling and cooking, especially on a Friday evening when I make a decent curry. My Ben Sherman shirt might be a bit larger than the one I wore in my 20s, but as the saying goes, the spirit is still strong!

Emily Buckley – Trade Sales Coordinator

I joined ADS in 2019 as an apprentice Customer Service Practitioner and passed out with top grades. I try to bring the skills learned on my course to benefit all our customers, by facilitating the customer’s journey from initial enquiry through to after sales support. I am a keen baker and hiker. I love nothing more than rustling up some really tasty cakes for charities such as Macmillan Cancer and Children in Need. I am also particularly proud of the role I played in raising funds for a public defibrillator for my home village; we live in a fairly isolated area and this device provides reassurance for our older residents.
