I oversee the marketing, sales, operations and finance functions of the company.

Over the years we have worked hard to embed a culture within the company that focuses laser like on meeting all our customer’s needs, from pre-sales right through to after sales support.

I bring to the role, 30 years of experience of the fenestration and home improvements industry working within the Plymouth / South Devon area. Having held positions as an installer, surveyor, sales director through to managing director. I am a FENSA qualified surveyor and installer.

I am a person who is happiest outdoors, a dedicated dog lover and keen golfer with a handicap that on my good days is my best friend, unfortunately those good days are extremely rare!

I have over 10 years’ experience in the Fenestration Industry, most of which has involved me working in customer service roles. As Sales Manager, I lead a team of sales consultants who work closely with our clients to ensure their home improvement dreams can become a reality. Together, we create an environment in which our team can thrive and our customers are able to fully benefit from our combined expert advice. I also work closely with our administrative team to oversee the smooth running of our installation program and maintenance department.

Aside from this, I sit on the committee as the Membership Coordinator for Down 2 Business, Devon’s leading business networking group. I enjoy volunteering my time to help other local businesspeople connect whilst also generating interest in what we do at ADS.

Outside of work I am a bass guitarist and I have a particular love of sports, especially football.

In addition, where time permits, I support my sales colleagues in their work.

I have worked in the Fenestration Industry for 6 years; I joined ADS in 2021 having spent the previous 5 in the Fabrication sector.

My role is to advise and support our customers, starting with helping meet their design and aesthetic objectives whilst balancing the need to optimise functional requirements, such as insulation, noise abatement, air flow, etc. and of course all at an acceptable price.

I have spent time in France so have fairly good French, love nothing more than dealing with French customers it allows me to air my French!

Outside work I am a hashing enthusiast and active member of Tangent (member of the Roundtable family). In Tangent we spend our time dressing up in costumes to raise money for charity! And after 9/10-mile hashing with friends, there is nothing better than a nice glass of wine.

I have a wealth of experience working across various industries, including sales, estate planning, and will writing. In my role, I meet with our customers in order to understand their goals and provide advice on how these can be achieved. From quotation to installation I work closely with my clients, guiding them throughout to ensure their experience is as positive and stress-free as possible.

I have three young lads and enjoy spending quality family time together, especially watching the mighty Everton FC where we are season ticket holders.

I have been in the industry for 30 plus years from fabrication to fitting, working on the shopfloor up to management. I am a time serviced trained fabricator/fitter within the industry and have worked with various different products including composite doors, aluminum doors and windows and various roof systems.

I joined ADS in January 2023 as the Maintenance Technician to help run the section of the business, this involves repairing, maintaining and carrying out service calls to our customers. It can include hinge repairs, door locks and mechanisms, glass replacements to fitting of windows and doors. Nothing is ever too much trouble for me as I love dealing with customers and I am very customer focused.

During my spare time I enjoy maintaining/building my kit car, riding my motorbike and going out jet skiing with my family.

I have worked with ADS for over a year, a year that has flown by.

My role involves me in supporting the residential installation teams by ensuring the right products are in the right place, at the right time for the teams. And where necessary supporting the team’s work whilst off-site. I also help to close out jobs by completing final assessment/review with each customer to ensure everything is shipshape and Bristol fashion. And not forgetting the customer after-care pack!

I have also recently qualified as a Konig PVC Windows / Doors and Composite Doors repairs technician course. Lifelong learning is a bit of a cliché but my time with ADS demonstrates that it is more than a cliché especially when you are with a company that invests in the development of its team.

Outside work I’m a keen golfer, like to play Darts and also love to watch football.

22 years and counting in the Fenestration Industry. I started in the fabrication sector of the industry and then moved into the installations. Having seen all sides gives me a real insight into the workings of the industry. My role is to deal with the accounts and general office activities of the company, from paying suppliers through to being the most popular person in the company when payroll time comes around!

I am qualified in Sage Accounts, having passed from beginners through to the advanced learning courses.

I am a busy mother, a cat lover and someone who loves the outdoors. With a particular passion for walking and roller skating.

With over 36 years of experience in the window industry, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge across manufacturing, order processing, and sales. Formerly our Retail Sales Manager, Mark has recently taken on the challenge of launching and leading our Trade Sales division here at ADS Windows & Doors – and it’s already going from strength to strength under his guidance.

Mark’s deep understanding of the industry and commitment to customer service make him a key figure in ensuring our trade clients get the support and solutions they need.

Outside of work, Mark is a passionate rugby fan, following both Exeter Chiefs and Brixham Rugby Club. He’s also the proud Chairman of the Torbay Mods Scooter Club, a role that reflects his love for community and classic scooters.

Emily has been an integral part of the ADS Windows & Doors team for the past six years, starting her journey as an apprentice Administrator. Since then, she’s grown with the company and now plays a key role as Trade Sales Coordinator, working closely alongside our Trade Sales Manager, Mark Brooke, to help build and support our thriving Trade Sales division.

Emily’s attention to detail, customer-first approach, and deep knowledge of our processes make her a vital part of the team and a go-to contact for our trade clients.

Outside of work, Emily is a busy mum to her two-year-old daughter, Chloe. When she finds a bit of spare time, she loves to unwind by baking – a hobby she’s passionate about (and we all appreciate in the office!).
